*Lifetime Manufacturing Guarantee is for our handcrafted reclaimed wood furniture only and is non-transferable. It does not include upholstered items and covers manufacturing defects only. General wear & tear, accidental damage or misuse are not covered. UK mainland customers only.

Frequently asked questions

Your furniture is covered for life, however it is only valid for the person who purchased the furniture, so if you do sell or pass your furniture on, the lifetime guarantee is non-transferrable. It is also only applicable to UK Mainland customers only.

All of the reclaimed wood, would have been treated prior to being used for the buildings that it originated from and we do not use reclaimed wood that has any signs of woodworm.

Our lifetime manufacturing guarantee excludes general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse (which includes moving furniture by dragging and so on) and items where the aftercare hasnt been followed.
